Job Description
- Manage and supervise Regional Reporting process for actual closing, forecasting, planning, budgeting and provide timely analysis and guidance to management on business performance related to actuarial matters
- Report key financial metrics as required by AXA Group and ensure requirements comply with AXA actuarial standards
- Lead actual production of IFRS reserves and control quality of earnings analysis to management and to AXA Group
- Review EEV, NBV and AFR submissions and ensure rollforward analysis has been completed and movements during the period are sufficiently explained
- Support experience studies and impact analysis on IFRS earnings, EEV, NBV
- Be subject matter expert on IFRS and other international standards and offer reporting advice on these topics
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics major
- Minimum 8 years of relevant actuarial reporting experience
- Qualified or near-qualified actuary, with designation of Fellowship of a recognized actuarial institute (Indonesian or US or UK or Australia)
- Has Modelling Actuary background will be an advantage
- Good knowledge and experience in related aspects of actuarial work in life insurance company, such as financial reporting bases, profit signatures, valuation data and processes, actuarial and life policy admin systems,experience studies, Strategic Plan
- Good Communication skill
- Familiar with Actuarial software such as DCS, Prophet, Axis, Python and also SQL
