Job Description :
- Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources for insights
- Build and maintain HR dashboard to support HR in decision making
- Contributing on the data processing and implementation, issues/concerns, resolutions to providing actionable improvement
- Build communication of overall project plans, progress, and problems to stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- Final year student from computer science, statistic, math any related major
- Having a high willingness to learn, curious & initiative
- Assertive, good structural thinking & communication
- Ability on data processing with Ms. Excel and Power BI.
