Job Description :

• Provide analytics for assigned tribe, working as a partner to other tribe members (i.e. product leaders/process owners/product manager, etc.) to identify, develop and drive key analytics or reporting projects relevant to the product.
• Exhibit deep data insights, as well as business model understanding, to create reporting and dashboards for business that un-earth issues/trends not easily spotted by business teams.
• Execute quantitative analysis that translates data from multiple systems into actionable insights.
• Data modelling for Data Mart and View (conceptual, logical, and physical) to support effective and efficient reporting.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data systems.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data, and review reports and performance indicators to locate and correct problems.
• Making mathematical models for business problems, design experiments and success metrics to test out new product ideas.

Minimum Qualifications :

• S1/D4 Business Analytics, Computer Science, Math, or Statistics
• 2 years of experience but entry level is welcomed

Responsibility :

• Lead and take ownership of your own classroom
• Engage with students directly through engaging explanation
• Explain STEM concepts in a fun and interactive ways
• Maintain a conducive learning environment within participants
• Adapt teaching strategies based on the current and future learning/needs
• Ensure proper preparation for pre and post live session
• Prepare classroom materials and any other administrative duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or STEM subjects
• Have at least one year of teaching/tutoring experience
• Passionate about teaching
• Strong understanding of the concept in the Indonesian Curriculum for SD/SMP/SMA
• Able to operate Zoom meeting, G Suite, and other online meeting platforms
• Has the Energy/Sense of Humor, ability to keep the class engaging
• Has online presence/persona
• Fluent in speaking Bahasa & English
• Great Communicator
• Be Gritty and willing to work hard and smart to get the job done

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Minimum Qualifications :

• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
