AIA is hiring Data Analytic Internship
Responsibilities
1.Perform data analysis and reporting to support Marketing Function of AIA Indonesia including but not limited to analysis on
- customer profiling and segmentation,
- customer metrics: identify the trend and pattern
- repurchase campaign performance: identify the pattern, evaluating A/B tests, and provide the recommendation
- customer retention performance: identify the pattern, evaluating retention activities, and support in developing the loss predictive modeling
- support in analytics the other metrics related to overall customer engagement activities
Qualifications
- Education – Student or Fresh Graduate in Statistical, Mathematic, or Computer Science
- Special skills – Microsoft Excel, SQL, Powerpoint. Conversant in English and writing skills. Having a knowledge in other Microsoft tools, e.g., Microsoft Power BI would be a plus for consideration
