    Your main duties in flying with us

  • Assist in the development, documentation, and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other materials within the GRC Division’s scope, particularly in the Compliance area. Support administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency and maintain high documentation standards.
  • Organize and maintain the storage of GRC-related documents. Help improve standardization practices, including the formatting of internal memos, consistent document numbering for policies, and other GRC-reviewed or issued documents.
  • Support coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. This includes scheduling meetings, tracking approvals, and following up on document reviews and sign-offs to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in tracking, updating, and maintaining all documentation managed by the GRC team to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Support executions of GRC’s Project & Initiatives
  • Support compliance audits and assessments.
  • Assist in research and administrative support for ongoing projects
  • Monitoring Company’s Google Business profile in daily basis.
