Peran ini mencakup pengembangan dan pemeliharaan model data, melakukan analisis pasar dan pelanggan, serta bekerja sama dengan tim manajemen untuk membangun dashboard, laporan, dan insight harian yang membantu meningkatkan kinerja. Anda diharapkan nyaman bekerja dengan data marketplace, Google Analytics, dan dataset dalam skala besar.
Responsibilities
1. Develop, maintain, and update data models, key business metrics, and performance dashboards.
2. Perform market and customer behavior analysis to provide actionable insights.
3. Execute end-to-end analytical projects to support business strategy and operational improvements.
4. Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain reports, and dashboards for day-to-day business analysis.
5. Monitor digital channels (e.g., marketplaces, Google Analytics) to evaluate traffic, conversion, and campaign performance.
6. Translate raw data into meaningful visualizations and clear recommendations.
7. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data exploration and logical reasoning.
8. Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across different sources
Qualification
1. Final-year student or recent graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Comfortable working with data from marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia) and Google Analytics.
3. Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
4. Highly data-centric, curious, and enthusiastic with strong problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to present data findings with clear logic and reasoning.
6. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
